Materials
The house numbers are crafted from stainless steel with high-quality acrylic inserts, creating a durable and weather-resistant structure designed for long-term outdoor use. Integrated LED backlighting is positioned behind the numbers to produce a soft halo glow while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. The underline element also conceals internal wiring for a seamless installation.

Wall Mount Installation
The backlit house numbers are designed to be mounted directly to an exterior wall such as brick, concrete, wood, or siding. Installation requires drilling holes into the wall to securely mount the numbers and underline using the included hardware and spacers.

Hidden Wiring Setup
For the clean floating appearance shown in the product images, the electrical connection should be routed behind the wall. A small hole is drilled behind the underline section so the wire can pass through the wall and remain completely hidden from view.

Single-Wire Connection
The system is designed with one power wire only, making installation simple and straightforward. Connect the wire to the selected power source (24V transformer or solar power system) according to the provided instructions.

Clean Floating Effect
Once installed, the spacers create a small gap between the wall and the numbers, allowing the LED backlighting to produce the signature halo glow while keeping all wiring concealed for a seamless modern look.

Production Time
Each Backlit House Numbers – Underline Edition sign is custom-produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 6–8 business days to complete.

Shipping Time
After production, orders are shipped and usually arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier transit times. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Replacements
Because each sign is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage, or 7 days for a manufacturing defect, with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Do the house numbers come as a complete set?
Yes — your order includes the complete sign with its integrated underline, mounting hardware, installation instructions, and the power components for your chosen option (transformer or solar).

How is the wiring hidden?

What sizes are available?

What's the difference between Precision and Extended underline?
Precision aligns the underline to the width of the numbers for a minimal look; Extended runs the underline beyond the numbers for a stronger architectural accent.

What power options are available?
A 24V transformer (hardwired) or 24V solar with a dusk-to-dawn sensor, remote, and dimmer. You can order both — not to run at once, but as a spare or for low-sunlight periods. Only one power source is used per installation.

Will the numbers be visible at night?
Yes — integrated LED backlighting creates a soft halo glow around the numbers, clearly visible for guests, deliveries, and emergency services.

Can these be installed outdoors?
Yes — they're weatherproof and built to withstand rain, snow, and changing weather.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts, cancellation may not be possible since each sign is made to order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Report shipping damage or a manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing support@selegnasigns.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll review and arrange a replacement if needed.

What other backlit house number styles do you offer?
If you prefer no underline, the Backlit LED House Numbers use standalone illuminated numbers. For a deeper 3D effect, the 3D Acrylic Backlit House Numbers use a layered metal-and-acrylic build.
