Orders are produced within 8–12 business days depending on customization details and current production volume. Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 6–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Each set of house numbers is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Because every item is custom-made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.

How is it powered?
Choose a 24V transformer (electrical) or 24V solar power. You can order both — not to run at once, but as a spare or for low-sunlight periods. Only one power source is used per installation.

Yes. The stainless steel and acrylic construction withstands rain, sun, and temperature changes.

Is installation difficult?

How long do production and shipping take?
Production takes 6–8 business days, plus 7–14 business days for delivery. Free worldwide shipping, with tracking once your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, or a manufacturing defect within 7 days, by emailing support@selegnasigns.com with photos of the product and packaging. Because these are custom-made, they aren't returnable except for a defect, shipping damage, or our error.
