Shipping & Returns

Orders are produced within 6–8 business days, depending on customization and current order volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Because each address sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Can I customize the size?
Three sizes — 16" × 6", 20" × 7", and 24" × 8.6" — with custom sizes available on request.

How many characters fit?
The 16" model holds up to 4 characters; the 20" and 24" models up to 6.

What finishes are available?
Matte black or metallic silver.

What lighting colors can I choose?
Warm White (3000K), Cool White (6500K), Dual Color (switch between warm and cool with the remote), or RGB.

What power options are available?
A 24V transformer or 24V solar with a dusk-to-dawn sensor, remote, and dimmer. You can order both — not to run at once, but as a spare or for low-sunlight periods. Only one power source is used per installation.

Can it be installed vertically?
Yes — horizontal or vertical; the overall size stays the same, the width and height swap.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — built from durable metal and acrylic to withstand outdoor weather.

Are the LEDs replaceable?
Built for long-term performance and not user-replaceable; contact support@selegnasigns.com with any issue.

What's your return and claims policy?
Custom-made, so not returnable except for a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or our error. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, or a manufacturing defect within 7 days, by emailing support@selegnasigns.com with photos.

How long is the warranty?
A 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED or electrical failure under normal use.
