Shipping & Returns

Orders are produced within 6–8 business days, depending on customization and current order volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Because each address sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Can I customize the size of my address plaque?
Yes. The plaques are available in 16", 20", and 24" sizes. If you need a different dimension, custom sizes are available upon request.

How many characters can the plaque display?
The 16" model supports up to 4 characters, while the 20" and 24" models can accommodate up to 6 characters for clear street visibility.

Can the plaque be installed vertically?
Yes. The plaque can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation. When installed vertically, the overall size remains the same—the width and height simply switch positions.

What lighting options are available?
You can choose between 3000K warm white for a softer glow or 6500K cold white for brighter illumination.

What power options are available?
The sign can be powered by a 24V transformer or an optional solar panel system, depending on your installation preference.
