Thank you for shopping with Selegna Signs. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Since some of our products are custom-made and others are standard stock items, our return policy may vary depending on the product type. Please review the details below before placing your order.

 

Custom-Made Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, these items are made specifically according to each customer’s selected options and requirements. For this reason, custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, color selection, font selection, installation direction, or any other personalization choice made by the customer.

Custom-made products may only be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged. The product, original product box, and all installation materials included in the package must be returned together in the original box. For exchanges or replacements, the new product will be shipped once the returned product has been received by us.

 

Non-Custom-Made Products

Non-custom-made products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, installed, damaged, or returned without its original packaging or included materials. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your non-custom-made product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage must be provided.

After reviewing the issue, we will determine whether a replacement or another resolution is appropriate. If a return is required, the product must be sent back with the original product box and all installation materials included in the package.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the production process has started for custom-made products, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Return Shipping

For standard returns of non-custom-made products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide further instructions regarding the replacement process.
