Step 1: Positioning: Hold the included wall bracket(s) against the desired location on your wall or storefront. Use a spirit level to ensure it is straight, and mark the mounting holes with a pencil.

Step 2: Preparation: Drill holes at the marked locations and insert appropriate wall anchors for your specific wall material (e.g., brick, wood, or concrete).

Step 3: Mounting the Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket tightly to the wall using screws.

Step 4: Securing the Sign: Attach the LED Light Box to the secured wall bracket(s) and fasten it securely in place with the provided hardware.

Step 5: Powering Up: Simply connect the sign using the included transformer adapter and Type A plug to a standard outlet. (Note: If you prefer a seamless, hardwired look for outdoor installations, we recommend consulting a licensed electrician).

• Returns: Due to the customized nature of these light boxes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Does the light box come with a logo?

Logo printing is optional. If you select the logo print option and upload your design, we'll produce the light box with your printed logo. If not, a blank light box ships.

Yes. The aluminum frame resists corrosion and the acrylic panel is weather-resistant, so your sign stays vibrant and visible outdoors.

How do I clean and maintain my light box?

Wipe the acrylic panel and aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 8–12 business days, plus 7–14 business days for delivery. Free worldwide shipping, with tracking once it ships.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. This sign includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal use.

What is the return policy?

Because each sign is custom-made, returns aren't accepted. If your order arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and we'll arrange a replacement if needed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and we can't cancel.

Is the packaging safe?

Yes. Each light box is packed in a wooden case for protection during delivery.
