Orders are produced within 8-12 business days depending on customization details and current production volume. After production is completed, shipping typically takes 8–12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Each light box sign is carefully packaged to protect the acrylic panels and internal components during transit, ensuring it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Because every sign is custom-made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.
