Orders are produced within 8–12 business days depending on customization details and current production volume. Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 6–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Each set of house numbers is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Because every item is custom-made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.
