How to Install Your 3D LED Channel Letters:

Step 1: Mount the Template
Start by taping the included paper installation template exactly where you want your sign to go. Use a level to ensure the template is perfectly straight before moving on.

Step 2: Drill & Feed Wires (For a Clean Look)
To achieve a seamless, professional appearance with zero visible wires, use the guides on the paper template to drill small holes for each letter. Feed the attached wires through these holes so that all electrical connections will be hidden behind the wall.

Step 3: Secure to the Wall
Remove the paper template (or mount directly over it as instructed) and securely attach each individual letter to your surface using the included wall-mount screws. The durable PVC backing ensures a tight, flush fit against the wall.

Step 4: Connect the Power
Once all letters are mounted and the wires are safely tucked behind the wall, connect them to the included 12V power supply. Plug it in to power up your brilliant new sign!

(Note: Because this installation requires feeding wires and making connections behind the wall, we highly recommend hiring a professional sign installer or electrician to ensure it is done safely and correctly.)

Can these letters be used outdoors?

Yes. The stainless-steel sides, acrylic face, and acrylic backing make them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.

Production takes 8–12 business days, plus 7–14 business days for delivery. Free worldwide shipping, with tracking once it ships.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. This sign includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal use.

What if my sign arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage or a manufacturing defect. Include photos and we'll arrange a replacement if needed.

What if I need a color not listed?

We can create custom acrylic or metal finishes. Submit a request through our custom design option.
