Shipping & Returns

Orders are carefully produced and prepared within 6–8 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on your location.

Because each sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.

What sizes are available, and how much text fits?
Three sizes — 16" × 6", 20" × 7", and 24" × 8.6" (overall plaque dimensions). The sign holds up to 6 characters for the address number and up to 20 characters for the street name. For a custom size, request a quote.

What lighting colors can I choose?
Warm White (3000K), Cool White (6500K), Dual Color (switch between warm and cool with the remote), or RGB.

What finishes are available?
Matte black or silver, with custom colors on request.

What power options are available?
A 24V transformer (electrical) or 24V solar power with a dusk-to-dawn sensor, remote, and dimmer. You can order both — not to run at once, but as a spare or for low-sunlight periods. Only one power source is used per installation.

How do I install it, and what about wiring?

Are the LEDs replaceable?
The LEDs are built for long-term performance and aren't user-replaceable. If you have any lighting issue, contact support@selegnasigns.com.

What's your return and claims policy?
Because each sign is custom-made, it isn't returnable except for a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or our error. Report shipping damage or a manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing support@selegnasigns.com with photos.

How long is the warranty?
A 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED or electrical failure under normal use.

What if I only want house numbers without the street name?
