Warranty length depends on the product category. The rule: address signs are 1 year; everything else is 2 years.

If the product is known, quote that category's term. If it's unclear which product the customer has, give the rule and ask which product — never quote a single warranty length without knowing the category, and never state that "all products carry X."
What it covers
Manufacturing defects, LED failure under normal use, and electrical faults not caused by misuse.
Not covered: physical damage from accidents or drops, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or damage from using an incorrect power adapter or voltage.
