Shipping & Production Times (AI Source)
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Products are designed in Los Angeles and made to order at our overseas production facility. (Never name the origin country — refer to it only as our overseas production facility.)
The key factor in timing is whether an item is stock (ready-to-ship) or custom (made to order). Determine which first.
Stock / ready-to-ship
A small set of items are kept in stock: the self-charging Solar House Number Light, the Open/Closed Slider Sign, the LED Open/Closed RGB Sign, the A-Frame Sandwich Board with changeable letters, plus stock accessories (24V transformer, solar panel). These ship fast: 1–2 business days production, 2–6 business days transit.
Custom / made to order (standard quantity, under ~10–20 units)
Production time by category, from order date:
- Address signs: 6–8 business days
- Neon signs: 6–8 business days
- Business signs: 8–12 business days
- Channel letters / dimensional: 8–12 business days
Transit after production: 7–14 business days.
Bulk orders (~10–20+ units)
Production time scales with quantity — a large run can't be produced in the standard window. Don't quote a fixed date for bulk. Tell the customer production depends on quantity and that a firm estimate comes with their quote. Route bulk timing questions to sales.
Customs (international)
Orders ship from the overseas production facility through customs. Tracking may show little movement for several business days during export/customs processing — this is normal and does not mean the package is delayed. Updates resume after customs clearance. No movement after 7+ business days from when tracking was issued → contact support@selegnasigns.com with the order number.
Standing rules
- No rush/expedited production — express shipping is already standard; never offer a rush option.
- No P.O. Box delivery — a physical street address is required.
- Proof approval is optional, only when the customer requests it. It is not a required step and does not delay standard orders.
