Returns

Most products are custom-made to order and can't be returned except for a defect, shipping damage, or our error. A small set of non-custom stock items qualify for standard 30-day returns.

Custom / made to order — no returns (except defect/damage/our error): all backlit house number signs, solar and wire-free address signs, backlit plaques, 3D acrylic house numbers, house numbers with street name, custom business logo signs, light boxes, channel letters, custom neon signs, and any product with a custom name, number, address, or logo.

Non-custom / stock — 30-day returns (unused, original condition, customer pays return shipping): A-Frame Sandwich Board (blank), Open/Closed signs, Slider sign, Menu Board, and stock accessories without custom printing. Refund to original payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Damage & defect claims — 48 hours

Report any shipping damage or manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery. This single window applies to both damage and defects. Email support@selegnasigns.com with the order number, a description, and photos (outer box, the product, the shipping label; for LED/electrical issues add a powered-on photo and a short video if intermittent). Support responds within 1–3 business days. Resolution: replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the claim.

Lost-package claims: report within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Refunds

Issued for: shipping damage, manufacturing defect, wrong item received (our error), or an order confirmed lost. Not issued for: customer error in the submitted design/text/specs, change of mind after production begins, minor color variation from screen calibration, or damage from improper installation or mishandling.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins, for a full refund. After production starts, custom items can't be cancelled. Non-custom stock items may be cancellable after 24 hours if not yet shipped — contact support to check. For quote-based orders, production begins only after design approval and payment, so those can be cancelled any time before approval.
