You will 100% Have to hire an electrician to install. I had 3 letters (not solar) and my electrician had to add wiring just to make it work. The wires they install on the back of the letters (and numbers) are much to short. Following their guides and placement measurements, the wires were too short to even connect to each other. By the way, if you don't hire someone you wont be able to hide the wires. their videos they give you for demonstration purposes are purposefully made in a way that avoids what really has to happen to hide the wires. My guy had to cut a hole out of the back of the other side of the wall just to connect the wires, and if he didn't have the extra wiring he wouldn't have been able to even do it. I reached out to them, they sent me the video again to watch. I told them the video ignores how to connect the wires once they are hung on the wall (on purpose) and they ghosted me. This $500 sign cost me 1500 at the end of the day. You're better off finding a company that is up front an honest about what will need to be done once you purchase. Otherwise, i promise you will be be paying 2-3x more just for the work to install.
I ordered two sets of the same lettera and only received one although paid for two. Been waiting weeks on the second set but still have not received them. Also, the threaded screws on the back of the letters turn making mounting or unmounting very difficult at times.

Very clean and classy, and it took us about 5 minutes to instal it and did not even need to get a permit from the city to install it. Looks beautiful, it even stands out, and I saved at least $2500 in comparison to the quote I got to get a sign that will need to get installed on the wall.

We love the signage. We were wondering if it is possible to remove and replace the white plastic lens with an amber colored one? Amber would coordinate with the stone column colors much better than the white.
