Production time is 6-8 business days, and shipping takes 8-12 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for customized products due to their personalized nature. Please note that our products are made to order, making it challenging to resell customized items.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production will have already begun, and we will be unable to cancel orders.
