Mark the Mounting Points

Hold the light box against the wall and mark the positions of the bracket holes to ensure proper alignment.

Drill the Mounting Holes

Drill holes at the marked points. If installing on brick, concrete, or masonry, use appropriate wall anchors for added support.

Secure the Light Box

The mounting brackets are already attached to the light box. Align the brackets with the drilled holes and fasten the unit directly to the wall using the provided screws.

Connect the Power Supply

Attach the transformer adapter and plug the power cable into a standard electrical outlet.

Test the Lighting

Turn on the power and confirm the LED illumination works evenly across the light box panel.

Production Time

Each light box is made to order. Production typically takes 6–8 business days depending on design details and order volume.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, delivery usually takes 8–12 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Secure Packaging

All light boxes are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit and ensure safe delivery.

Returns

Because each light box is custom-made, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

Does the light box come with a logo printed?

Logo printing is optional. If you select the logo print option, upload your design and we will produce the light box with your logo. Otherwise, a blank light box will be shipped.

Yes. The aluminum frame and acrylic panel are designed to withstand outdoor conditions such as rain, sun exposure, and temperature changes.
