Choose the Mounting Location
Select a visible and stable location on your storefront wall or exterior surface where the sign can be easily seen by customers and pedestrians.

Mark the Mounting Points
Hold the mounting plate or bracket against the wall and mark the screw positions with a pencil. Ensure the sign is level before drilling.

Drill the Holes
Drill holes at the marked positions. If installing on masonry or concrete, use appropriate wall anchors for secure support.

Install the Mounting Bracket
Secure the mounting plate or hanging bracket using the provided screws and hardware. Tighten all screws firmly to ensure stability.

Attach the Metal Sign
Align the metal sign with the installed brackets and secure it according to the mounting system.

Check Alignment and Stability
Make sure the sign is level and firmly mounted. Adjust if necessary to achieve the desired position and visibility.

Orders are produced within 6–8 business days, depending on customization details and current production volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Each sign is securely packaged to protect it during transit, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition.

Because every metal business sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.

Can I upload my own logo for the sign?

Yes. You can upload your logo or design when selecting the logo print option. For the best results, we recommend vector file formats such as AI, EPS, or SVG, but high-resolution PDF files are also accepted.

Yes. The sign is made from durable galvanized steel and designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions including sun, rain, and wind.
