Mounting the Letters

Each letter is mounted individually to create the floating 3D halo lighting effect. A mounting template is included to help position the letters accurately on the wall.

Drilling & Placement

Use the template to mark the drilling points for each letter. Drill the required holes and install the mounting studs or anchors to secure the letters to the surface.

Electrical Connection

All letters connect to a 24V power source, which is included with the sign. The wiring is designed to run behind the wall or mounting surface for a clean and professional look.

Professional Installation Recommended

While mounting can be completed by experienced installers, the electrical connection should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.

Orders are produced and prepared within 7–10 business days depending on the customization and order volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6-10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

Because each channel letter sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
