No tools, no assembly. The board arrives ready to use.

1. Unfold the board and stand it on a flat surface — a counter, host stand, or floor by your entryway.
2. Lay out the message you want and pick your tiles from the character set.
3. Slide each tile into a rail from the side. They seat snugly and stay put until you slide them out.
4. To change the message, slide tiles out and swap in new ones. Store the loose tiles in the pouch between uses.
5. To move or put away, fold the board flat and carry it by the wood handle rail.

Returns
Because this is a standard-stock item, normal returns apply — unlike our made-to-order custom signs. Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives damaged or with missing letter tiles, email support@selegnasigns.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship replacements.

Q: How do the letters attach?
A: Each character is a black acrylic tile on a clear backing that slides into one of the five raised rails on the board. Pick your letters, slide them in from the side, and they stay seated until you slide them out to change the message. No adhesive, no magnets.

Q: How many letters come with it?
A: 313 pieces in total — 162 letters, 87 numbers, and 64 symbols. The set weights the most-used characters heavily (12 each of A, E, and I; 15 nines) so you can spell out a full menu with prices and specials. Symbols include $ . , ! % & # + - / \ and @.

Q: Is it double-sided?
A: Yes. Both faces have the five letter rails, so you can run the same message on each side or a different one — useful when foot traffic comes from both directions.

Q: Can I use it outside?
A: Yes, for indoor and covered outdoor use — a doorway, entryway, or under an awning. It isn't built for sustained rain and direct sun the way our sealed illuminated signs are, so we don't recommend leaving it exposed in open weather for long stretches.

Q: How big is it, and how far away can it be read?
